Interesting article. I agree with almost all of it. Being friendly, empathic and listening to understand people’s needs helps a lot. I am not sure everyone needs undeniable proof. If they did you could never get started in a new business. Some people are more concerned about your trustworthiness or character than your credentials. Hi Alex, I also love marketing... there are so many different aspects that are involved and valuable skills learnt along the way. One of the areas I'm really interested in is the Local Search Market which has huge potential for local businesses to dominate their markets.
